ORDER AND REGISTER
Is this your first visit to Nordic Blends before: welcome!
You can register with your first order, so you can log in with your e-mail address and your chosen password the next time. Your data will then be ready in the checkout.
You can always order without registering.
Have you shopped at Nordic Blends before: welcome back!
If you have created an account, all you have to do is log in with your e-mail address and password. Your details are then already filled in at the cash register.
If you want you can change the delivery address for the order (eg in your work address).
Always check your address details before confirming your order.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
You can request a password reset with the help of the e-mail address that you provided when you registered as a customer. In the meantime you can also order without logging in. The only difference is that your data does not automatically appear on the address page.
Transmission of your personal data and on-line transactions are sent encrypted via secure pages. Nordic Blends works with an SSL certificate for this purpose. You can recognize the secured pages by the lock symbol next to the address line at the top.
SEARCH BY PRICE
If you are looking for something in a certain price range, use the 'price slider'. With this you can indicate exactly which amounts you want to search. This can be done with the sliders.
GIFT WRAP SERVICE
Is your order a gift? Then we can giftwrap it for you!
You can indicate in the ordering process what the gift is intended for and we will adjust the giftwrap accordingly.
If you have ordered multiple items and / or want to give explanations, eg extra information or what should and should not be giftwrapped, please indicate this in the 'Remarks' box.
Your gift will be wrapped in luxurious paper with matching ribbon. We do not charge extra costs for this service.

Nordic Blends has 2 shipping methods: parcel post and mailbox post.
We ship with PostNL. The delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is 1-2 business days.
Orders up to EUR 75:
Parcel post: EUR 4.95
Mailbox post: EUR 3.50
Orders from EUR 75: free shipping.
* Letterbox mail is only possible if all items in your order don't exceed the maximum size.
* Valuable orders are always sent via traceable parcel post. It is therefore possible that a small article can not be sent as a letterbox post due to its value.

If you would like your order to be sent to another country than mentioned in the above list, please send us an email which country you need us to ship to and which items + quantity. You will receive an email from us with the shipping costs. Then you can decide whether you want to place the order.
SHIP TO OTHER ADDRESS
You can have your order sent to an address other than your home address, eg your work address.
It is also possible to send a gift directly to the recipient, stylishly wrapped in luxurious paper with matching ribbon.
Nordic Blends does not send an invoice in the package, only a delivery note without prices. You will receive the invoice by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided.
We offer the following payment options:

You can choose one of these payment options as soon as you enter the payment page in your order process.
If you opt for iDEAL, Bancontact / Mister Cash or creditcard, you will be redirected to our payment partner MultiSafePay. Through this partner you can easily, safely and quickly make your payment. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to the Nordic Blends website. If you can not complete your payment immediately, you will receive an e-mail from MultiSafePay with a link with which you can make the payment later.
If you prefer to arrange the transfer yourself, then of course you can. We keep your order reserved for youi for 7 days.
ARTICLES ON STOCK
Items that are in stock with us are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days.
ARTICLES NOT IN STOCK
In the webshop you can see the availability or expected delivery time for each item.
Pay attention to the indicated delivery time, especially if you are in a hurry with your order, eg in case of a gift.
If we can not deliver an article within 30 days, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and you can cancel the article if you wish.
We will send your order until all items in your order are in stock. If you want to receive one or more articles earlier, you can send us an e-mail. We will charge the shipping costs separately for each shipment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship your order with PostNL.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is on its way. This includes tracking info.
* PostNL will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Then you can pick up the package at the post office.
For packages that could not be delivered or were not picked up, unfortunately we can not return postage. If you still want to receive your order, please place your order again in the webshop.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS
If your order is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. Mail us at [email protected] and we will search for the best solution. Do you want to return an item? There are two ways to do this:
RETURN REQUEST THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT
Log in to your account and indicate in 'Orders' which item (s) you want to return. You will receive a return number. Make sure to note this number on your return shipment.
RETURN WITHOUT ACCOUNT
Send an e-mail to [email protected] that you want to return an article. You will receive a return number. Make sure to note this number on your return shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ARTICLE?
1. After you have requested your return (see above), you will receive a return number.
Enclose the packing slip and tick the items to be returned.
2. Pack the item well so that it can not be damaged during the return journey.
3. Return the article to Nordic Blends within 30 days of receipt. The costs of the return shipment are for you, unless you have received a return label from us (if we made a mistake). Save the shipping receipt that you receive from the sender.
Wallpaper rolls have a colour batch number. This is stated on the label. We always deliver rolls of the same colour batch number per order.
Colour differences can occur between batches, so always make sure you order enough rolls to complete your wallpaper job in one go. In the case of repeat orders, we can not guarantee that the batch number of your wallpaper is still available.
Unfortunately, due to the differences in colour batches, it is not possible to return excess rolls to Nordic Blends.

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
• The relevant article must be returned complete, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. Labels must not be removed and the packaging of the product itself must not be described with the return address.
• If your return item was an offer that included a free article, this free item must also be returned. You can keep free samples (eg liquorice samples).
• For items that are not complete, have been used or are not in new condition, or have an incomplete packaging, packaging that has been written on or is missing in the return shipment, we can not return the full purchase price. Sealed items can only be taken back if the seal or the plastic seal is not broken.
• We can not accept insufficient postage, these returns will be refused.
RETURN POLICY BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
The right to return and the legal approval period of 30 days only apply to consumers; the statutory return right does not apply to business customers. Placed orders can not be canceled and delivered items can unfortunately not be returned.
If you have questions about a business order, you can always contact us and we will arrange everything according to your needs. Of course, with your business order you have a 100% guarantee on defects etc. on delivered items.
We will refund your purchase amount within a few days after we receive your return to the account you used for your purchase. If you return your entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs of your order that you have paid when you placed your order. If you keep one or more items, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you want to exchange an item, please return it as indicated above. You will receive a credit note and can place a new order. The shipping costs for this new order will be charged again.
DAMAGE / WRONG ARTICLE
Has your order been damaged, or is there something wrong with your order? Mail us with your complaint and include one or more clear photos of the damage before you return your package. We will contact you. Damaged items and incorrect deliveries can only be taken back if this has been reported to us in advance.
